Domain Management 31st March 2011 12:05 PM
Thanks Steve. But I see no option there to seperate it into companies. This looks like something similar to my 123-Reg account.
Domain Management 30th March 2011 6:56 PM
A bit of help needed.

Many of our clients want us to manage their domains. Some of them have many domains. I am looking for re-seller service or control panel which makes it easy to manage all the domains under one umbrella. This is not really about making money, it's about making life a bit easier.

I am trying to get all the clients under one umbrella. I am just looking for a Control Panel where I can see domains, when they expire, who the client is etc.

Recommendations and suggestions welcome. Preferably a UK company.

Already have cPanel re-seller acount.
Interesting site and yes, some words of wisdom there...must remember to apply it
Telesales Staff 6th March 2011 1:40 PM
It is so easy to check companies out nowadays. I do it while they are on the phone. We do small amount of telesales from time to time. I find people are much less receptive to it now compared to 5 years ago. People are less polite and rude, which never used to be a case in the b2b market. I suppose on one level a lot of agressive sales tactics from bad companies have not helped.

Because we are a service business, we are only after long term relationships, so whatever we say, we must deliver so there is no way we can promise miracles on anything. It's not like selling a TV and not seeing the customer for another 5 years.

I have bought off telesales people, as long as I have a need and they've taken the right approach.

Benefits of local hosting 9th January 2011 12:15 PM
Go for good customer service. It's really important when it comes to hosting. I go for UK companies that are small or mid sized but can tap into same type of infrastructure as the bigger companies. I find smaller companies look after me better compared to some of bigger ones - to them I am small fish and probably not worth too much effort or time.
I use both FF and IE8, I quite like IE8. Might be just me.
But I would seriously consider moving to Windows 7.
