Theres nothing worse than London traffic, although like you said you did get your moneys worth on the congestion charges.

When going to London i prefer to take the train, although there the least favourite way of travelling, they do avoid traffic!.

I agree with the above, working from home could have its advantages and disadvantages. Like being easily distracted and not getting into 'work mode' as mentioned. Then you could argue with the fact some people feel more comfortable in their own homes and are able to concentrate more because of that.

I personally think working in an office enviroment helps more than working from home for me.

You don't find many comedians targeting sales guys, apart from the PhoneShop series.

Yes, it's incredible they are not facing criminal charges - especially if they are targeting small businesses, where the outgoings are probably effecting the livelihoods of the company directors.

Theft and fraud is still theft and fraud, at the end of the day.

I really would be interested to see if many people got good returns from Bing PPC.

It's a little cheeky of them to be using Google to advertise, but to me as a potential customer, it just tells me.. if Bing are using them, so should I. - So they've kind of shot themselves in the foot really.

I think the new headers are a nice touch - and give an opportunity to build some brand recognition.

In theory, you should have to opt-in to any marketing mail you receive. - And if you get any in error, all emails should have an unsubscribe option somewhere in the mail template.

You're right, though, I've experienced some where they keep sending them.. even after I've cancelled. - It's dangerous for them, though, as they could get in a lot of trouble if they ever got investigated for anti-spam compliance.

Poor customer service can run a company into the ground eventually. - Bad reputation will dry up any recurring or incoming revenue quicker than anything.

I personally would've complained and escalated.
Sometimes, a business needs this to learn where their weaknesses are and correct them.
