Spent all day yesterday trying to get hold of this sub contractor, he never responded to either text or calls. Not only that he's run off with the customers house keys. As much as it goes against the grain there is a lot to be said for eastern european workers.

Recently took on a sub contractor, I supplied all the materials to the site. I told him quite clearly what work he had to do. He took it upon himself to throw away a radiator that did not need to be replaced, scrap man picked it up so I bore the cost of replacing it @

I've seen a few of my competitors use it, only for servicing of boilers though. However each of the competitors in whatever part of the country seem to charge the same price of
Just out of curiosity, if every property in the UK has PV panels fitted would this be the end of the likes of EDF & co, after all if there that good, there'd be no need for wind farms or nuclear power stations. And if everyone has them the price will come tumbling down as well...just a thought..

Oh dear Looks like the feed in tariff, is just about to come crashing down. Seems the only people who will be happy will be the printers when they have to start reprinting the glossy brochures. Certainly not good news for businesses promoting the green cause or for those who have invested time and money getting MCS registered, I thought long and hard about getting the business MCS registered, but having got seriously ripped off by the Governments HIPS inspection courses a few years back, thought better of it...
