i tend to put names on my forum, (not this one) then local pesties or trades people can see where the bad payers are.

I wish there was a prog on telly for rogue customers, you know the type that wants work doing then wont pay. i have one at the moment that lives in a big expensive house in Sheepy Magna (ok they earnt it) but they knew what my charges are before they called me in, and they will only pay for one visit to treat moles and not the two visits. So now i have warned all pesties that i know in the area, about them, and so it will be harder to get a local pestie, and boy if the horses break a leg cos the moles were not treated they will wish they had paid my

My thoughts thats why i told him to go away (nicely) if i dont contact them then they dont get in my computer.

i keep getting phone calls from a guy that tells me my computer is running slow, probably he knows this because of the google chrome that sends messages when it goes wrong. However i know it is slow, and so i dont need him to tell me.
He wants me to sit in front of my computer while he instructs me where to look to see if he can find the problem. He says it wont be stopped by a virus checker or firewall it is something that has appeared from ?????????? into the computer.
Why would i want a total stranger that i dont know to tell me a non computer whizz kid what to do, he could have me activate a virus for all i know.

Why cant they leave me alone.

I do the normal defrags etc but the system still runs slow.

But what is he on about any ideas.

I have now bought a diary for next year, at the moment i print work tabs as well as put it on google calendar, just in case it happens again.

cheers i think i will sort out the app, as luck would have it my customer phoned later to find where i was, and he understood the problem, as he had it happen to him. So all worked out well but i dont want it to happen again. a diary is now on my christmas list

cheers for the reply, i have two pc and have tried it on both, trouble is that all of my calendars are synced and so when one goes down they all go down, it is so annoying, i have AVG but the missing files wont find it.
I am just hoping that the mornings customer phones me asking when i am turning up.
