Best one I've seen so far was as a business card, but was actually a dice, with a different QR code on each side. Also reminds me of when Matthew Kelly was arrested very publicly but he was then subsequently cleared. He seems to have moved into acting and fortunately if wikipedia is correct seems to be doing ok now.
