Your partner (the other director) may have an overseas address and it shouldn't be a problem for Companies House. It also shouldn't be a problem for your bank, but it's best to check with them directly.

I think I would be a bit puzzled by that message, as normally waiting for 4 days isn't an extremely long time for an online order. That being said, I think you can be honest with your customers and say "dispatched within xxx days" or simply arrange for a more prompt method of delivery.

I think that most customers are concerned with the total amount of time they have to wait for the order. It doesn't matter whether it takes you 1 day to source the item and then 3 days for the item to reach me or it takes you 3 days to get the item and then deliver that within a day. It's 4 days either way.

That's my opinion: as long as you'll inform your customers of the approx. date of delivery, they should be fine. 

The Business is Great website is quite nice, with good information for exporters... however, I'm not sure about the particular Growth Programme you're writing about.
