Steve I selected option 2 - I think the media coverage has a lot to answer for, every time I watch the news some one is in trouble financially, which makes it feel a lot worse than it is.

I am pretty sure every new year one of the bigger shops struggled over the xmas and faces shutting down in the new year - even in the boom times this happened.

The only difference I can see is that it is harder for companies to get money out of us, every time I go to the shops at the weekend I can hardly move.

So for me I think overall things will remain neutral, with a small up side during the year.
The question is why Steve - is it automated this type of post?

Why would someone waste 5 to 10 mins registering etc to write such nonsense?
What great insight you have thanks for that

Your accountant should of made you aware that this was going to happen and suggested that you pay some thing from the business for using your own property.

ie: who pays for the electricity for the salon?

Long and short your running a business from home and for that you have to pay rates, your competitors who have shops etc pay so why should you not?

Ok lets get this out of the way first clearly I am slightly biased to the company that runs this Business Directory but I would have to say more and more I am seeing the mylocalservices website coming up in searches for products I am looking for, so Steve not sure what the customer feedback is like but I can assure you that your pages are on page one for some of the stuff I have surfed for recently.

In fact I will add to this thread when it occurs again.
So your looking for someone to help you with a new website for a share in your Bournemouth Convention Bureau Limited company?

Why not simply pay someone? - your current site looks ok to me, or is it a completely new website your looking to build?
As i clearly put in there, I am only looking for 2 DESIGNERS

Yes you did (note to self read post fully) - but surely your proposal is not serious, you would need to give a lot more detail to attract people.
We will offer 5% ownership of the business for each designer/coder we get.

So to be clear if you get 20 designers / coders you will no longer own your business. thumbsdown
