Ok lets get this out of the way first clearly I am slightly biased to the company that runs this Business Directory but I would have to say more and more I am seeing the mylocalservices website coming up in searches for products I am looking for, so Steve not sure what the customer feedback is like but I can assure you that your pages are on page one for some of the stuff I have surfed for recently. In fact I will add to this thread when it occurs again. tomsk
Cheers Tomsk! I've put a fiver in the post  I think our major facelift in May has helped, along with the rebuild of the review pages, plus we seemed to weather the multiple Google Panda updates quite well, but overall traffic has remained fairly consistent. Got some big plans for 2012, so looking forward to pushing MLS further, and giving MLS USA a bit of much needed TLC  But it's nice to get some positive feedback so much appreciated, thanks!
