I think also people mistake being able to do something as expertise, give me a set of building plans and I will build you the house of your dreams, ask me to come up for a design of the house if dreams and you would want your money back.

Many many people can use photoshop etc and call themselves designers, but the real skill is having the vision (dare I say it - the x factor)

I had not made the connection, however I see your name as more of branding than a name.

So your name to me is almost irrelevant as your brand ID is coming across stronger, by that if I see you logo I think ok that's scootek

So for my 2 cents I think your new logo certainly works from a branding point of view, and of course it tells me under your name what you do.

Well I have been using ezpz hosting now for some time and have to say they are the best I have used in the nine years I have been involved with web design!

Today (a Saturday) I asked a freelancer to do some programming work on a site, he promptly wiped the four days work I had done without taking a back up

Support ticket to ezpz hosting saying have you got a back up and within 30 mins my site is back to where it was.

I am as a customer very demanding when doing business and these guys have been 100% every single time I have contacted them

1st class - 5 star ratings from me!

I use outlook for my emails and never delete any that I deem to have needed, my outlook shows I have 5500 emails (many with attachments) some date back around 5 years.

By nature I do not keep stuff but when it comes to emails I think what if I need to refer back to it.

Many people make the mistake of chasing generic keywords rather than targeted keywords "Helicopter flying lessons" is an example

If I am looking for a plumber I may start with putting in the word plumber in the search term but would soon realize that I was getting plumbers from all over the UK when I need on in the Goodwood area.

Whilst I accept Helicopter flying lessons could bring you small amounts of traffic if you did get too number one for that term, you would have great stats to your site and bad conversion because a massive % would not been with commuting distance to your school.

My advice would be Helicopter flying lessons Sussex , Surrey , Kent which should be easier to obtain good positions for
