Would you accept the word of a pool owner selling their house that their swimming pool did not have any problems. Two new clients did and its going to cost them thousand to solve the problems? Mark Pitts
Not a chance. I only found out last week that the house we are renting at the moment has a swimming pool in the garden! It is hidden under a huge raised decking area.... Credit-Manager.Net
I suppose it depends how switched on you are about swimming pools. I love the idea of a pool, and one day the dream house will have one, but I no nothing about them. I suppose if you find a property you like, theres so much going on in your head, concentrating on details you do understand, seeing what looks to be a nicely maintained pool could be the icing on the cake and influence your decision. Good point though, so what would you do, I assume its not covered in any surveys? Would you need to pay to get a specialist like yourself to do an inspection? or is it like cars, and you can ask to see service history?
“Would you need to pay to get a specialist like yourself to do an inspection?” Sounds like a niche market that could be exploited Mark - pool survey tomsk
