Is it worth it getting a quality management system? My friend is looking one for his business. He's pretty sure it'll help him increase their productivity and product quality.

Thanks,

Yes, because it would cut costs and save time.  Time you invest in setting up quality control processes and policies at the front end, saves time in the long run. Employees will know what to do, when to do it and how to do it. With a quality management system in place, the system ensures mistakes are few and far between, which saves you both time and money.

Yes, implementing a quality management systems definitely affects a company's performance. It helps you meet customer's requirements and thus leading to more customers, more sales and revenue numbers.

I think it's pretty logical to get an employee training software too since it's also a way to improve quality right? It may look a bit of an expensive investment at the beginning but I'm certain that it'll all be worth it in the long run.
