I'll be the first to admit I've little interest in Football. But I do get drawn into it at the Worldcup level, maybe it's a bit of patriotism or hope that we have to win sometime.
So watched last nights game with the England junior team 
I thought they were quite good until they all got tired in the second half. Not sure if they all had a fish and chip supper at halftime, or spend too much time driving exotic cars instead of getting fit. But you'd think they'd manage to run around for 90 mins, bearing in mind that's their job. Least we got a win though, huzzah!
Chuffed for Southgate, no doubt the knives were out for him if they lost the first game, so he's safe for a bit. Haven't seen any Sun headlines, but always remember the "Turnip" references for poor old Taylor
