I would (If I were you) copy all content into a text/word doc, and drop a wordpress on there. We do silly amounts of these, as even the most seasoned designer or rank amateur can edit these with ease, I cannot show you the old version, but just did exactly that with Commercial Finance Manchester - Corporate Financial Assistance and now he is adding articles and all sorts, from a chap that knew nothing about SEO, coding or design, he is now doing very well, we have had a fix small fixings needed, but all in all doing very well.
Anything we do as Wordpress sails up the rankings, have a few (non black hat) tricks fom experience that work a charm, using the right plugins and addons it really is second to none.
