Yes I also heard that Russia has developed the Vaccine for Covid-19 but not sure it's successul yet. May be under Progress.
Btw there are others who are working day and night to develop the vaccines. I read in an online article that one of them is in final testing stage. Yes it's University of Oxford along with pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca. You can read details here - https://bit.ly/2EiTlyQ .
