UK Female Managers have to wait 57 years to match male colleagues pay!

Must admit, I thought this was old news, and both men and women were now paid the same, obviously not.

I remember back in my military days, girls at the same rank as blokes, and doing the same job were paid less, but this got scrapped in the mid 1990's.

But according to The Chartered Management Institute:

"Female managers' pay rose by 2.8% in the last 12 months, but on average they earned
