I've read the TOT book you link to; out of several books on work relations that I tried, this one is the best so far - intelligent, and - yes, very funny. The author is a terrific lady who also writes for Psychology Today and BusinessWeek. She definitely knows her stuff and has done some serious research; the advice she offers is very down-to earth and practical, and laughter makes is so much easier to deal with a crazy boss. Her goal is to "humanize the workplace" - that is also what I'm trying to do.
