It's a relief to hear it's not a proper beard. You've seen some of the Movember attempts...

At that point I was in the quiet end of the Christmas Market, somewhere in the middle of a bundle of eleventy billion scarves and hats and coats and whatnot, laughing my backside off at my poor assistant who was feeling tipsy on half a cup of hot spiced cider.

My favourite bit was down in the initial section, opposite Costa, a stall selling poffertjes. They weren't doing a roaring trade, possibly because no one knows what poffertjes are... they're sort of like tiny pancakes, only an inch or two in diameter but quite thick, and they were being served with different toppings, like cinnamon and sugar and butter and chocolate and all sorts of stuff and OH they were delicious. Everybody who goes must try them, I said so, and I'm on an internet forum so I have OPINIONS.

If your into producing goods which is relatively will sell high during Christmas season then increase of income revenue will be achieved during this month. I think the weather affects the sales too.

Has anyone found that the weather has affected the buisness? if so how ?
As a carpet and upholstery business we have take the precautions of bringing our equipment indoors over night so the pipes dont freeze this in return has brought work that others in the business have had to cancel I'd guess because they hadnt taken this precaution.
After two weeks of gardening duties I have once again found myself in the position of being fully booked into the next week.
With Letting agents slowing down for the festive season this is a major boost to our buisness.
SNOW!!!!!!............ long live advese weather

I am afraid the cold weather in Winter freezing my business. My outdoor decking can't be installed now. Fortunately, some customers stock goods for next spring.

Working outdoors for a few days, so bet the weather gets cold and it snowed yesterday, why do we get all the outdoor pools in the winter!

I can't believe anyone in this country has an outdoor pool! If you can afford a pool, surely you can afford to throw a conservatory over the top of it

Right I'll get my coat...

I am a wedding videographer, so for me it is improtrant to get to the venue in time. When it was snowing I was lucky that I didn't had any bookings, but one of my friends he had to travel outside London and he was late...

Have any of you who need to drive for a living, considered using winter tyres?
In many parts of Europe they are mandatory from Nov till March, and its not just for snow, as they work better than summer tyres in cold wet weather (Typical UK winter weather)
