VOIP/Vonage in UK

Hi All

I'm thinking of changing to a VOIP system but there are so many choices, some which are really expensive and others that are relatively cheap.

I would appreciate hearing of people's experience in this area and any advice they may have.

My company isn't large, we have six employees. We do have quite a bit of contact in Europe and various products and services. I also have an office about 20 miles form the main office and of course a voip system would help with this.

I'm afraid I have very little experience in this area and I would really like to get this right first time. I know we can get a grant to help us to due to our location.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I realise you have to look at all options and work out what is best based on features and benefits for your business, but check out Voipfone.

Excellent customer service (this is invaluable for any business), good pricing and non contract so you aren't tied if you need to change later on.

It's like I say to people; I want my customers to stay with me because they want to, not because they have to. Retaining customers on a non-contract monthly renewable service speaks for itself really.

PS Just a very happy customer, not an affiliate or relation in any way.

You're right I do but I've had lots of positive feedback about Voipfone so thanks for your input.

I use Voicehost.

A big part of that was their amazing customer service - when I was first doing my research, I was dealing with *one* person, who knew the product inside out and was able to give me a proper quote for my 'wishlist' within the hour.

Currently I'm using a free software phone, and then I pay

Thank you for your reply. I agree with you regarding the customer service bit. Anyway I'll check them out along with the others that have been recommended.
Thanks again.
