A BP petrol station near me raised its price by 2.5p ovenight, went from 129.4 to 131.9p

To me that is rank profiteering.

On the 26th of Feb, we were moaning about 131.9p

This morning noticed Diesel at the local Shell Garage was 138.9p Filled up there 2 weeks ago and it was 133.9p

Worlds going mad.....

I wonder if it will ever go down or if it will keep rising

The thing that really gets to me is they will be adding more tax to services etc and yes the oil is harder to get hold of but. The people who go about setting all these prices etc in fact still earn allot of money and probably get fuel paid for which is beyond a joke.

People who earn lower will always be the worst effected and the people who have a wealth of money can simply laugh it off

Then if you work more to be able to keep living in this country you then get taxed more

This country at times can be such a joke

Clearly people are getting on their bikes... (clearly taking Norman Tebitt's advice - does that age me! ) Bikes up 58% and Electric bikes are up 175%

....after the time and money I spend on learning and doing the test and then buying a bike and insuring it I would probably be better off in a car.....

To clarify - as mentioned in the article, referring to bicycles and electric bicycles which do not require learning / test.
