Cameron looking to small business to help rebuild UK economy

It makes me wonder who actually came up with the idea?

I doubt it!

What's interesting to me is that:

-WEF does the objective research into job growth and concludes that 99% small businesses don't contribute to this.

It does the further research into some of the reasons why 1% small businesses are successful in growing jobs (eg they're run by managers who install and use good management systems).

It sensibly suggests we need to research further so we can increase the percentage of small businesses that successfully produce job growth from the present dire 1% up to 2%, 3% etc.

And what does the government do during this time of high unemployment? Throw public money at small businesses, either not knowing or not caring that the research says 99% will be wasted as regards job growth. Makes you weep.
