“What are the most important factors of a same day delivery service?” As a same day courier, does seem to be a bit self promo..  For me, most important factor would reliability, ie package gets there on the same day!

With the year on tear increase in packages, post and parcels being sent overnight I believe we have seen in a slip in the efficiency and effectiveness of some over night delivery companies. As timed delivery grows ever more popular online should companies now be expecting a timed delivery service regards of the amount the pay for the package they have sent?
