iTunes will keep your music when you croak...

Here's a good one as we move into the digital library age with our music and films.

Did you know when you download stuff from iTunes or Amazon, you are actually leasing the media with a lifetime license that expires when you do

Apparently Bruce Willis is taking on Apple as he has a vast iTunes collection which he has found out he won't be able to pass (legally) on to his kids when he's gone.

As there's no way of currently enforcing digital ownership, then just download it to a big hard drive and keep quiet

But an interesting situation and I've no doubt technology will catch up and we will have to do a retina scan to access our iPods or send Apple some DNA So it will be good if old Bruce does a Die Hard on Apple, and be interesting to see what publicity it gets or if it changes anything.

HAHA that is a really interesting point, and quite sad I think - its nice to have books and albums that your parents have passed down!
