I'm afraid it doesn't look like good news  We've had a previous thread about EBS Marketing, which I've pasted below: EBS Marketing Thread This may be of use if you need to pursue legally: “after several heated discussions they still refused to refund so we ended up issuing small claims court proceeding - The Court ruled against them on the 16th July 2012 and they had 7 days to pay and a County Court Judgement issued against EBS.
