Employment documents are very important for bot employer and employee, however I have noticed that sometimes people can be quite negligent about the employment documentation. Do you carefully organise your employment documents (no matter if employer or employee) or you rely on someone else to save you in case you need anything?

If only I knew someone who did legal documents? Bordering on self promo, but I'll let you off this once

We buy in any docs we've ever needed, then reuse where ever possible. I wouldn't dream of creating an employment doc from scratch. But we've also been cheeky and reused docs from agencies we've used, who are experts in that field, so you'd expect the docs to be pretty good

Hey Steve, I though you are sending me kisses at the first sight

I asked this, as we have some clients, who used to have their own template, drawn especially for them, but then something happens - it disappears and they urgently need help It is interesting to see how people deal with their documents in general and what happens if they lost something.

PS: You know I am on the border, but I am cool, so let me have it - it is not pure spam or blatant self promotion. What`s more - you know I am always ready to help

Hmm, seems most people are not using employment contracts... that`s strange
