According to the Guardian, Trinity Mirror has seen its digital revenue rise by 50% as traditional newspaper advertising falls.

The newspapers are really starting to embrace the net, and sites like the Guardian, Daily Mirror and Daily Mail are becoming ever more popular.

I wonder if we will see a decline in traditional print, or if digital revenue will one day subsidise traditional papers?

I suppose it depends on how the younger generations access their news, will it be on a device or is there a future for the humble newspaper?

I generally read the Mail online, because it is free it also allows the readers to leave comments. Not sure how newspapers such as the Sun and the Times compare when you can only read them online with a subscription. I also read the Telegraph at least once a month, but that's only find out who's recently died in the obits column....

Thanks,
Barney
