Reading a report on the BBC website - Employers urged to encourage lunch breaks for staff
Do you take a break at lunch?
Have to admit that i dont and tend to eat a sandwich at my desk,occasionally reading the news or checking personal emails but normally i'm working.
But having read the report it seems i could be at risk to all sorts of problems - maybe i will try and make an effort to get out occasionally!
