haha funny you should mention that ..We almost almost missed our flight back to the UK in June ..We went to the wrong terminal as we were sure it said go there.Anyway it was another so we ran/dragged everything to turn up with minutes to spare ..THEN my daughter gets caught with a South African ID book lol with a British passport and refused to let her though,he eventually let her though after I explained everything ...Got on the plane though...... just 

Oh and when I heard I thought it was going to be Ryan Air so was surprised

As much as I hate wordpress , it is very easy to get along with as most of it is like plug and play and it does just about all of the work behind the scenes so you don't have to.. First off just search "wordpress templates" and you'll see most of them have demo's (if I remember correctly) so you can see how they work ..If not you can install and see for yourself .

Would be happy to try and help if needed

Came though on my phone and at first glance , I was taken aback think I had let a customer down badly .. Then re read the email and it came clear ..just those first few moments do get you though

While ago I placed an order at your store, timely paid and delivered. Then, when unpacked, I discovered that my order had the completely indecent quality!

It would be least to say if I tell you I was disappointed. In the beginning, I was convinced your store had been set apart from the rest for perfect customer service. And now I regretfully reveal the opposite!

After my finding, I contacted the Technical Desk for help and further instructions to right the ship. I was told to submit the order for the diagnostics and check-up - I did it. And then I got the reply! Please read what they told me after the procedure, in the attached document.

I hereby demand for full refunds for such an issue!!!..

I want you to review the Technical Desk's report on the issue in the document attached to this message, as soon as possible..

Now after reading it a few times I think how stupid am I, as you can clearly see it is a bogus email

I agree on the dip , views are down quite a bit as are sales ,but still plodding along .. I've done it now ?? so hope by the time the Christmas rush is on I'll be back to normal or as normal as I can be ...Taken a long time but am nearing the 1000th sale and hoping against hope it should happen this year
