While ago I placed an order at your store, timely paid and delivered. Then, when unpacked, I discovered that my order had the completely indecent quality!
It would be least to say if I tell you I was disappointed. In the beginning, I was convinced your store had been set apart from the rest for perfect customer service. And now I regretfully reveal the opposite!
After my finding, I contacted the Technical Desk for help and further instructions to right the ship. I was told to submit the order for the diagnostics and check-up - I did it. And then I got the reply! Please read what they told me after the procedure, in the attached document.
I hereby demand for full refunds for such an issue!!!..
I want you to review the Technical Desk's report on the issue in the document attached to this message, as soon as possible..
