Customer Service, well lack of 18th March 2010 12:54 PM
What i find frustrating is its the Britsih way, stiff upper lip and all that, why are we British too proud to complain.

We all rant and moan about it on forums like this but how many of us actually bother to complain to the organisation thats bothering us

Ok im well known for taking things to the extreme when i complain, so perhaps im not best place to judge but im .... fed up (being polite) of poor service and the mentality of - well take it or leave it or what you gona do about it .....

I could bore you all to tears with rants & raves about a complete lack of customer service that ive experiencsd over the past few years (Steve stiffles another yawn, he has heard most of them lol).

Dont panic im not going to put any down, well not yet anyway - i was just wondering if its just me thats fed up with poor or no customer service or am i setting my expectations by my own standards?
Microsofts revenge, or just my ropey laptop?

You're just asking for this...

So in one week, you've been done for speeding, parking ticket... you know what they say, comes in 3's...

It was a morning i did the school run - oh im waiting for Grace to grow up - how things will change - err also who walked in at 9.15 this morning - i was in at 8.25!

Here is a good 2 points that baffle me.

the one i dont understand. is a road near me. will get pic tomorrow

sign says T junction( dead end)
sign says One way traffic
for the same road on the approach going in

so how do you get out

sean

Presume you have to hover out
so if anyone is up for days fishing, give me a shout

sean

Sean - i fish very badly but have been a few times with my ex father in law - my brother lives on the coast so chuck a few lines with him occasionally and pull out the odd mackeral - a shame i dont fish more as the ex works for Leeda -could have got all the fishing gear i wanted a ridiculous prices - ah well!

Anyway my hobbies - used to have a 5000gallon carp pond but filled it in when i got divorced- used to play a lot of tennis whern i was younger but got injured & dont play anymore - spend time with my boys when i have them playing PS3 & Wii, football etc - damn just realised i dont have a hobby when im not with the boys - i need to find something ! - will read the rest of this post with interest to spark any ideas
Online business insurance. 15th March 2010 3:55 PM
Yep Professional Indemnity is a good one - inthe background you will need office insurance covering your kit, (if its servers in the house ensure the house insurance will cover these) also Public (if you have anyone visiting the premises) & Employers Liability as necessary.
