Hi Stavros

if giving advice then professional indemnity would be beneficial. Referred to as 'PI.' This is in case your advice has an unforeseen loss/cost to the client.

Yep Professional Indemnity is a good one - inthe background you will need office insurance covering your kit, (if its servers in the house ensure the house insurance will cover these) also Public (if you have anyone visiting the premises) & Employers Liability as necessary.

When you say "online business insurance", unless it works differently elsewhere, theres no difference between a physical or online business. All depends on the type of business, and service your offering.

As garde says, if your operating from home, then make sure you have adequate cover.

Be straight with your home insurance, and tell them what your doing, if need be get your policy amended.

Business property insurance is a must to protect your company's assets. While business property insurance isn't required by law, it's a wise investment to limit your liability in the event of a natural disaster or other calamity. Without it, your business may not survive financially.
