I'm updating our internal safety training procedures and looking for input from other team leads or site managers.
How do you currently handle health and safety training for your supervisors? Do you prefer fully online self-paced modules, or do you find interactive/classroom sessions more effective for long-term retention?
We're looking into options like the Level 3 Health and Safety Training for Managers on Hurak to keep our certifications up to date.
Would love to know what formats have worked best for your teams and how frequently you run refresher courses. Thanks!
