Congrats Mark, and like I said, you make it happen, unlike 98% of website owners, you listen to advice, and use it.

No such thing as luck, your constant blog/articles, and use of social media is what is working for you.

And having just looked at your kstats, I noticed some of the search terms you are being found for, people are coming to your website for help and tips too, you are setting yourself up as a pool guru, I use you as an example with new clients, I might even do a case study with you if it is OK, as you are the perfect example of somebody that uses your website properly.

Keep it up Mark!

Also a good web design helps us maintain the site.

My car hasn't seen my house for a week and a half now. I've had to park in the High Street.

To top it all, my car was broken into last Friday evening, there was glass everywhere.
On a brighter note, the whole process of arranging a replacement window with Autoglass was brilliant. Considering they are such a big company, their customer care on the phone and by the man that did the work was amazing.

Sorry to hear about car, did they get anything of value?

Orpington back streets have six inches on all pavements and our close has a 6foot pile where the snow plough left it!
Acer computers 4th December 2010 9:37 AM
The Acer machines seem to get a good write up, but at the end of day all products need good customer service and they do not have a good customer service?

Computer has been repaired, would not tell us what they did, but Customer service 0 out of 10.
