New trick to cure insomnia 4th June 2016 5:38 PM

I struggle to sleep but find yoga relaxation techniques help. If you take deep breaths in and slow exhales it should help. It is more about focusing on your breath so your mind becomes clear of worries/thoughts from your day.

Tensing and relaxing each muscle group in turn also helps.

I really do think these long winded phone systems are archaic. Live chat is so much more accessible and quicker. My husband is actually hard of hearing so I have to phone for him then he has to agree I can speak for him etc. and it's all a bit of a nightmare usually! Live chat FTW!

Good news 8th May 2016 6:23 PM

Well done, that's all great news!!

Does seem to be an issue with machines that are upgraded to Windows 10 versus a clean install.

Looks like the moral of the story is don't upgrade

great advice now....hahaha. Hindsight is a wonderful thing I guess!

I have the sleep/hibernate problem. Can't get it to work without the battery dying. It's an absolute pain. It also doesn't shut down properly most times and I have to press the off button manually. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Happy 90th birthday Ma'am 21st April 2016 8:38 PM

I think she is awesome!! I used to do Royal scrapbooks with my Nan growing up, so I have to admit to being a closet royalist, however uncool that is nowadays! She is an incredible woman. So Happy birthday ma'am and happy anniversary Andy for 3 days time

Who will be next? 21st April 2016 8:33 PM

It's getting out of hand...David Baddiel suggested via Twitter that perhaps there's a serial killer after the celebs!

Yahoo and the Daily Fail 13th April 2016 9:24 PM

That would be a reason to boycott yahoo. The Daily Fail are the WORST in my opinion. I refuse to click on any link from them as it'll generate them income.

I was surprised that it was so biased. I expected a balanced view one. Naive or what?

That's It... 12th April 2016 3:05 PM
