That is a bizzare one calling the police because you cant control your daughter.
I dont do the whole smaking thing but If my daughter acted in that fashion a taser would have been the least of her worries. The no smacking rule would definately have been broken.

I am in the process of digesting as much info as I can about copy writing.
I did not realise the impact of your written word until you start researching different methods.
I was on a site that offers proffesional copy writing services and they had 2 pages with no description at the top. They both described the same service.
at the end you got asked 23 question about how you felt about what you had read.
Page 1
I felt nothing very boring and did no grab my attention.
Page 2
completely different story I felt emotive about what they had to offer and really wanted to know more.
then came the sucker punch.
Page 3
they showed you the differences and there were about half a dozen words changed it blew me away.
This site made my mind up that I am going to employ a proffesional to write the copy for WobblyJobs.Com
I will try and find the link.
new startup I was reading about.
Mobile Money | Welcome9:10 straight after the school run.
There are 2 instances where I heavily utilised pod casting.
#1: Tech briefs from MS and the like. I found it a good way to catch up and utilise lost time when drving all over the uk to see customers.
2: listing to radio comedy shows only problem was they were heavily laddened with ads and could get too intrusive on the main content pretty quickly.
The joys of our consumer based society.
You have got to love the marketing boys for pulling this one off.
Lets tell them the goods are cheap, exclusive and they have to be invited to purchase them. bring it on.
My hats off the marketing boys this is just an excuse to print money.
Hi Steve
I would view this is the same way as what if someone stole your laptop.
You and I both know how easy it is to crack a windows password.
if like a lot of people I know keep a non encrypted text file with there login and password details its game over.
Fantastic article Steve
I was just reading up about Monster.com's take on the best way to survive as a recruitment firm in the downturn.
1 point which really irritated people was they commented that you should totaly reinvent in the down turn.
I also disagreed with this if you were doing well before the down turn dont reinvent your model just take the time to reinvigorate it or another take on it as the article points out "Evolve"
