as Daniel said if google considers the content good enough google will increase its PR but this could take time for google to find and evaluate it

I don't use IM Software within my business because i am the only person in the business. to contact customers though i just use contact forums but i have come across this before Free Live Chat Software - Volusion

A few of my dads websites are listed on qype, but the calls we had to go through to get them listed, we had about 5 calls asking us if we wanted a premium listing, after the 5th we told them we don't want any more calls, and they stopped.

If you offered your service a bit cheaper, you might start to build more relationships with your customers. sometimes its better to sell one service once at a lower price, then that customer might recommend you to their friends and family giving you more work and experience.
