I'm definitely an early bird and find it much easier to concentrate in the first half of the day, so I'm usually up by 6am and at the computer by half 6! It's nice as well to know that you can finish up a bit earlier too; you've got a full 8 hour day done by 2:30 in the afternoon!

7:30 am. I like starting at this time, you can prepare for the day ahead before 9:00 when most others are getting started.

I finish anytime between 6:00 and 7:00 pm.

Thanks,
Lion

Hey I get up at 5.30 and go straight to the gym and workout for about an hour and ten minutes. This really gets the brain switched on in the morning.

I'll get into the office at about 8.45, check emails and get prepared for the day. Although saying that I check my email around the clock so I must do some other stuff at this time. Perhaps reply to emails too.

5.30, that is good. Don't you need to sleep much? Or do you sleep very early?

Ryan

Crazy but I don't really go to sleep til around 12.

Burning the candle at both ends.

If I get up at that time then I get to miss all the traffic and I get loads of time in the gym. Get fit plus miss traffic, cant go wrong !

Usually about 9am. I often aim for earlier but it often doesn't work out that way.
I'm better working late.

With recession blues all around, there are reports of employees starting earlier and earlier in hope of avoiding the redundancy axe, wonder what time business owners start work!

Me personally, I'm an early bird and can be found online from 07.00! How about other folk?

I try to get up by 7.30 and aim to be at work by 8.30 am but not till I've had a couple of cup pas!!!! Nice to get up with the sun this morning, didn't last long though eh

Boundaries of the working day seem to be shifting more and more especially with smartphones meaning you are never away from email etc. So I try to stick to starting at 9am.

I'm the same. About 9.30am by the time I've got jobs done around the house and had at least two rounds of tea on toast!

Thanks,
Kirsty

Its only after a couple of coffee's that I'd like to start writing. Don't manage to get my brain running until i'm about 4 or 5 coffee's down.
