Different tools, different backlinks. This is the problem that i have with this tools.

Absolutely agree with Kay. I guess, opensiteexplorer is the best site for getting backllinks.

Yahoo site explorer does the job, but I'd also vote for open site explorer

You will use browser plugins for check the backlinks of your website means if you use Mozilla Firefox, you will use SEO toolbar or SEO Quake both gives the right report about your Yahoo backlinks and For see the Google backlinks, you will use Google webmaster tool.
