if you cannot use a cell phone when driving a car, then you shouldnt be making chicken noises when flying a plane with hundreds of lives at stake, I think its poor a pilot cannot wait 5 minutes til at auto pilot, and over 50% should be enough for it to be policed a bit heavier.
