As soon as I read the title I thought about the blackhat methods because I have seen services were you can buy google +1's like you can for facebook 'likes'

Its an obvious direction for Google, question is, wonder how it will be broken down by weight in the signals, so will Plus 1's be worth more than Links, less? Will onpage SEO carry more weight than Plus 1's?
