It is all in the mind.

It comes down to your strength of character and determination to achieve the goals that you have set. Do not associate with people who are negative and want you to give up. If these people are friends or family then give them up because if you take the easy way and give into them you will never achieve anything.

You have to be single minded and selfish in pursuit of the goals that you have set yourself. The top sports and business people are prepared to make the necessary sacrifices to achieve their goals. Are you? Every person is responsible for the choices that they make.

Taking regular short breaks where you step away from the desk/computer screen I find really helps keep my energy levels up throughout the day.

3) I also find that writing to do lists at the beginning of the day helps me to stay focused.

This is very important for me. I think the perfect organization is everything. Short brakes help me to concentrate too.

I generally tend to take quick breaks every hour and grab a bite. There's everything that I need to do myself, cook for instance, so that takes up all the time I want to spend on a break. Besides that, there are successful people who I look upto and take motivation from!

I take motivation from my work succession and try to keep it run. Success always motivate me to do my work with perfectness but when I got fail. I loved to go for long drive and think deep about my week point.

Honestly, it is very necessary to take some rest during the work. Actually when we do work on personal computer pr any kind of work, we take some rest. Consequently, the work that you are doing, complete more efficiently. .

The to-do lists really work for me. This may be old school, but I have a small whiteboard hanging on my wall where I write random things that I want to do to improve my business. I call it my 'concept space'.

I'm with you, have a never ending to-do list and love whiteboards
