Hectic last few weeks, Hence my lack of forum presence.
Loads of new candidates through the door, and loads of interviews happening. Stress central, people getting offered jobs, people rejecting jobs. Can't complain though all part and parcel of the recruitment game !! The cherry on top is that I place quite a few temp contracts :-) which were all pretty much signed sealed and delivered in a week which is pretty unusual.

Anybody else had any big stresses over the last few weeks ?
