Dohhh!! Normally have last coffee around 20.00 when finally get down to eat tea No probs sleeping though

Remember The Numbskulls ? Your effectively sending those little guys them on the night shift pumped - (The numskulls are a convenient metaphor - you do not have little people inside of your head) High 5 for The Beano!

Actually my little people say... <burger>

Sami - you sound just like a shampoo commercial - excellent analogy though

My little people say

*Cut off time for the last cup of coffee for the day is 2pm for the average good use guide for the average person going to bed around 11pm*

Blimey - my last coffee is either 4pm or maybe 6ish if i have one when i get home - mind you several glasses of wine seem to counter the caffeine ...

Now that's a good idea now that you mention it.

Lol I love my little routine tbh just never minus the coffee. Its never a good thing
