Hello guys and gals.
I am starting a business. A tech business specifically. I am hoping to start and base my business in America. Palo Alto.
Now, I have stumbled upon a potential issue. My visa. I have two other people working with me to get this business started. We will all be moving over to the US.
I have read about a few Visa's that we can use. But nothing solid and specific.
I have interest from investors. Willing to invest $500,000 to over $1,000,000.
Can you guys let me know which Visa's may cover my business and the three of us?
Just to let you guys know, I will be visiting an immigration lawyer to ensure everything is done perfectly right. But for now, I would just like a basic overview of whether there is a relevant Visa, and what the criteria is for obtaining one.
Thank's in advance.

I think that your best bet is going to be speaking to the immigration lawyer and doing as much research as you can. In general you should try to get the visa for the longest time period possible. Scintillion |
