One of my main competitors
Now i know for a fact that all his stock is primark so i contact primark direct who give me an official response saying they do not sell to the trade and only in there stores
Surely this guy who has quite a range of stock i does not just walk into primark and pays for 1000s of items over the primark counter then takes them home and lists them on ebay or am i missing the point here?
Anybody with any suggestions?
My cynical side says cheap stuff on ebay like that is either knock off or factory seconds. Maybe Primark scrap some stock as seconds, and sell that on? Or cross a security guards hand with silver

well, If this is the case then I would doubt it that those goods he's selling are original. Maybe the fakes are made by another company in a foreign country and they are actually selling it under that specific trademark. Or maybe Primark donated for some organisation and now the organisation is trying to squeeze some money out of it? Thanks, Elisabeth

Are you sure he is not related to the manufacturers somehow or if he has any contract with Primark? Does anybody know if Primark have a franchise?
