Gave up smoking on the 25 February 2012. So by my calculation thats 3 days short of 8 months. Don't miss it at all. Weight starting to come under control and have plenty of thinsgs to distract me. New day job and new direction with our little buisness. The ups and downs have been taken in my stride and if I am honest I have only ever "screamed give me a fecking cig right now or die" two or three times. Have to confess my new job has changed my routine and I hate the smell of stale smoke but it has been quite easy so far. Down side, I was eating like a horse (and looked like one).
