I don't mind offering people credit
Toddler tantrums, static caravan parked in the Somme and 2 days trapped inside an industrial unit converted into a softplay warzone

My daughter leaves home on the 18 May...she is the third and final "toddler" to go (aged 24), the wife is very sad and I simply can't contain the joy

Booked a 10 day trip to France in August to celebrate, guess what? SHE NOW WANTS TO INVITE THE KIDS because the Gite "I" paid for can sleep 8 and it would be good to get together as a family, I just spent 20 years or so getting rid of them
Two things here that should be noted. The first is the agreement between the buyer and the finance company. This needs to have both signatures to validate a civil contract. This would be signed by the dealership on behalf of the bank.

If the buyers signature is forged in any way the contract is void and a crime has been committed. Ie forgery, deception or gaining pecuniary advantage by deception?

In my view the matter should b reported to the police and the bank informed without any further delay.

It's going to be 1 year for me in May. It gets easier with time.

That is my next goal, one year equates to approx

If we removed all of the fascist uniforms worn by traffic wardens, mince them up add a little epoxy resin before pouring it in to the pot holes we would have a road system as smooth as a new borns **se. It would be the envy of europe and would rival the germans too.

I know that many would not bother removing the uniform before the mincing process began but that would be cruel....I guess....possibly not.....but defo illegal....but it is legal to shoot a scotsman with a bow and arrow within the York boundry, wonder if there is a similar law relating to traffic wardens?

As we approach the end of this debate i simply wanted to add that I am now 8 weeks in to being an ex-smoker, a non smoker or arguably a "recovering" ex-smoker.

Whatever you want to call it, my health has improved, my overdraft has reduced, my family are more content and it was possibly the best decision I have made in the last few years.

A massive thanks to everyone from MLF who have had a giggle and made contributions to this topic, it has been a great source of support for me

What to give up next?

I'm all for this proposed banning of any marketing on cigarette packs and the hiding of tobacco products away from sight in shops. Hopefully the younger generations won't have to put up with this curse, and eventually they will simply disappear into the history books, along with leaded petrol.

As an ex-smoker (how nice does that sound, kechingggg

lol Then you have overcome the last real obstacle I think. If you can go through all that and not reach for a smoke, you've darn near done it.

I agree, 7 weeks and 3 days. lots of stress and savings in excess of

"hmmmm iPad2... sounds interesting."

it is, trying to connect it to my home network was very intersting and almost got me smoking again. Orange broadband is beyond rubbish.....my router is almost 8 years old (wannadoo) and it drops it's signal every 5 mins or so, "Orange" argue that they constantly update so it will be fine...er no it won't you IDIOTS was the reply...ok we will send you a new filter please call again if you have problems thumbsdown

The moral of the story, I stopped smoking in spite of the morons at Orange.

Dreamraven, you can too...
