Somewhere, someone is going to try their hardest to tell you that their techniques work the best, and even show you false imagery to "prove" that its going to work. I got a spam email a few days ago with the heading being "Can I trust you with my secret technique?" For someone new to SEO, this could be terribly misleading and could start more newcomers on a destructive path rather than help them. Let me ask you this though, If you had to direct a newcomer to information, to help them learn the trade, how would you decide where to send them? So it might be that error that you'r getting. only, I can't really understand why you're the only one seeing this error. ![]() Customer Service vs Compensation 17th July 2013 9:58 AM I had an interesting week last week, my ISP made a few incredible blunders after I upgraded my account, and in the end I was stuck without an internet connection for a few days ( ![]() This is a major company, with loads of employees and stores in just about every town here in SA, how many other customers have had similar problems to mine, and what would that do for a company financially and not to mention their clients trust in them. I know businesses are different, but it has me thinking, do you put together some sort of "compensation plan" to deal with moments where everything goes wrong, or, would you rather spend that money making sure you have competent employees, and products or services that don't have your clients breathing down your neck because of problems. |
