I don't see why not, there are many blogs that already do that without any major problems. SEO might be a lil tricky, but still doable

that would be the beauty of it though. I love watching Chatty Man, the show he did with Lady Gaga was my favorite of all. lol

I don't really blame them, to be honest. What you say is true, the minute someone tell you they're into SEO, first thought is always going to be a bad one. I get that exact look when I tell people I'm an internet marketer .

you have me intrigued, how do you mean work for your clients, by creating your own content - as in you doing all the writing - or having them use the site to upload their own content?

Newbies are always going to be caught in the middle though, if you think about it. Somewhere, someone is going to try their hardest to tell you that their techniques work the best, and even show you false imagery to "prove" that its going to work. I got a spam email a few days ago with the heading being "Can I trust you with my secret technique?" For someone new to SEO, this could be terribly misleading and could start more newcomers on a destructive path rather than help them.

Let me ask you this though, If you had to direct a newcomer to information, to help them learn the trade, how would you decide where to send them? I mean besides using Moz, how do you decide what is good or what is bad.

Exactly lol. Oh my gosh, its posh.... doesn't really tell you anything about the race, what its about or anything of the sort, its kinda pointless.

That much I can understand I mean its Murphy's law in a way I guess. What can go wrong, inevitably will go wrong. I'm just thinking though, where do you draw the line between compensation and stepping up your services/products, or customer service etc.

I had a search, and it seems like its a third party affiliate site that's down. So it might be that error that you'r getting. only, I can't really understand why you're the only one seeing this error.

I had an interesting week last week, my ISP made a few incredible blunders after I upgraded my account, and in the end I was stuck without an internet connection for a few days () Luckily (touch wood) the problem is sorted out, and I have been compensated for the problem, but it left me thinking.

This is a major company, with loads of employees and stores in just about every town here in SA, how many other customers have had similar problems to mine, and what would that do for a company financially and not to mention their clients trust in them.

I know businesses are different, but it has me thinking, do you put together some sort of "compensation plan" to deal with moments where everything goes wrong, or, would you rather spend that money making sure you have competent employees, and products or services that don't have your clients breathing down your neck because of problems.
