I don't, as I've never needed to or liked that approach. As a consumer SMS would be a huge no no, that's a fast way to annoy potential customers in my opinion and I think cold calling is rarely effective unless it's very clever or B2B.

It's definitely very popular and you get out what you put in. I focus on LinkedIn as that's where my clients are and I don't want to spread myself too thin doing everything. Instagram works incredibly well for many. 

In my experience if you argue with these overstay charges they always back down. So I would appeal against it. ASAP. Especially if you have proof you used the shop (or the driver did).

Hi, I realise a virtual office is legal but is it ethically sound? I think it can be very misleading to customers if you give the impression you are based somewhere that you are not. Just my opinion.
