@highlandspring. Use unique content in every post . if you use same content in every link you will not get result, because panda update is for duplicate content and it will kill you if you have duplicate content
@ Akash vary good questions! this is on my mind too and i am also looking a answer because the sites i am working on have also same look and content

link wheel is good as long it did not have duplicate content.
i did not make any link wheel before after panda update i make link wheel for my kw and now my kws slowly coming back
i use Link Trundle so i can say link wheel is good way in SEO

Google is making more changes to its search algorithm, the company reportedly confirmed at the SMX Advanced conference in Seattle this week.

Google's Matt Cutts said that his company plans to launch Panda version 2.2 at some point in the near future.
This update is designed to reduce rankings for low-quality sites--sites which are low-value

but it might not affect as many sites as its major update in February and the subsequent algorithm change in April

Good topic! I think understanding your target audience, what their challenges are, and what you can bring to the table to help them come to solutions is key, along with being able to communicate that in an effective way. People underestimate the importance of being prepared 360 degrees!
PR is page rank, which is a number, from 1 to 10, that Google assigns your website based on a number of factors such as how much traffic your website receives. Generally, higher PR sites rank higher than lower ones, but not necessarily.

SERPs are the search engine results pages. So, when you search for "atlanta pet store" the pages of results that show up, with 10 results on each page... all of those pages are the SERPs.

PR is important (along with many other factors) to increase your placement on the SERPs
