What plans do you implement for the festive period? 17th December 2012 9:50 AM
Why slow down...!! Isn't it supposed to be the other way round..!! Ideally business should pick up in the festive season. Nevertheless, try giving out offers, discounts, prep it up a little, use the Christmas spirit as everyone's on a shopping spree. What business do you have anyways.?
Suggestion for Business Improvement? 11th December 2012 11:06 AM
Of course you call a meeting. Or you keep a suggestion box (and take it seriously). Or you ask group or department heads to feedback from their team and then report it to the head. But definitely has to be amongst a group of people. What should and shouldn't be implemented must properly be decide by the management then, keeping everyone's views in mind.
The future will be a virtual office... and boss... 11th December 2012 11:01 AM
Hmmm.....point well made. No offense but may work for some. I'm just not that comfortable with the virtual office thing. Maybe someday I will, but I've just started working some time ago and that excitement to make new friends new environment, new place and everything would just not be the same in virual office scenario.

Offline Lead Generation Idea 3rd December 2012 12:18 PM
I think selling your product to them after a few days will get them uninterested. I think you should do it during the seminar itself. As in not on a very large scale but maybe just the mention of your product and a stall out side. Or brochures talking about your product. some registrations or forms filled for those who maybe interested in buying it later.
I think not talking about the product at all and calling them later would be a little ineffective.

So it could just be the result of miscommunication of lack of concrete reports etc....

Nah.....I don't think this could be possible. A virtual office..?? Not practical. To trust element in humans is gained only by face to face interaction.
How to leave a negative review 1st December 2012 6:35 AM
I just mentioned elsewhere just now that a certain company responded to me in no time when i put out a complaint on social media. The thing is that anything here just spreads like wildfire (esp. something negative). So even if the company doesn't personally reimburse/ help you, you know u have got back at them in some way. It creates bad publicity which is one of the major downfalls for any brand and could take years to regain.
